What contractors ask about the platform.
Do I have to be a client to use the platform?
No. Instant Quote and SEO Autopilot are self-serve: open Instant Quote for two free scans, or start Autopilot with a card. The portal account is free too. Clients on a Unifictional plan get all three as part of the system we build, with us watching the same numbers.
Does Instant Quote replace my drawings or my estimates?
No. It is a scoping and selling tool. The estimate is a planning range, not a bid, built to get a customer to a confident yes with a picture of their own room and a number they can plan around. Confirm on site and with your subs before anyone signs.
What happens when a homeowner prices a project on my website?
Your site links to the studio under your own logo. The homeowner redesigns the room and sees a planning-grade price. Send them the project as a share link, and their reply, with a name, a number and a note, waits for you in the studio.
Where do Autopilot posts get published?
If we host your site, each post is committed to it and goes live automatically. On WordPress the autopilot posts through your site's own API with an application password you paste once and we never read back. Anywhere else, the post waits in the portal, ready to paste.
Can I change a post after it goes live?
Yes. Every post is scored and revised before it publishes, and each one is in the log. Ask for a change to any post from the portal and it is updated on your site.
Who sees my data?
Only you, the people you add, and the Unifictional team working on your account. We connect Google through its own sign-in, only for the reporting on your plan. Photos uploaded to Instant Quote are used only to build your twin and renders; share pages are unlisted links, not public galleries.
